HOw can I reduce my tummy?!


Question: Hi all
I am 150 pounds,5"7,male,28 years old.Though my weight is reasonably correct for my height ,I still do have belly.it starts from my chest!
not so big,but really an embarrassing one.I do weight training for 5 days,heavy,one part per day for 45 minutes but still i cant get rid of my belly .

what should i do ???????????????

Focus on working on your belly rather than any other part of your body.

sit-ups? curl-ups? you have to do exercises that work your stomach muscles.. which would be like curlups/sit ups..

And watch what you eat.....and lay off the beer, LOL

go on a diet
