Question: I heard tat varicocele affect the testosterone level , is it true , testosterone is needed in voice changing , height , hairs around the body , is it? if varicocele does effect those , those adolscent wif varicocele shud be sad? isnt it? help plz , theres alot of website said tat if lower down the testoserone lvl but they did not say effect on pubertal devolopments, will it effect? i am 14 yr old and 6 month , my testis size is 3.0-3.3 cm , 1.5cm in width and height 2.2 - 2.4 cm and my penis is 8cm , is it normal , plz help . i am moody now .....

for 14 your penis and testicles sound good to me. Fact is you are still in the early years of puberty and things have a lot of time yet to develop to their man-size. Most guys don't finish puberty until they are 18 or over.
And don;t worry about testosterone level unless you have had it tested by a doctor and he tells you something is wrong. Sure there is a lot of info on the internet but if you take it out of context it is useless. When it comes to penises and testicles if you are really worried take them in for a checkup. But I bet if you did, your doctor is going to determine yours are developing nicely.
So for the next few years learn to enjoy and celebrate all the changes that are happeing with yoru body and don't worry over what will turn out okay given time.

Testosterone is the male hormone responsible for manliness (hair, barry white voice, pubes etc.) Are you sure its varicocele? yes it does affect testosterone levels but does not completely cut it off usually. If needed go to the doctor and get prescribed steroids (yes they will prescrib them to you) steroids are pretty much testosterone in a pill.
