It sounds as though you may be suffering from a condition known as premature ejaculation. Luckily, at your age (14), this is nothing to worry about, as the androgens in your body (the hormones which produce male sexual characteristics such as testes, facial hair, deepening of the voice) are hyperactive - in particular, tesosterone. High levels of testosterone contributed to premature ejaculation.
With age, this problem with most likely suside. Unless it continues as you grow older, you have nothing to worry about, and with increased sexual activity, you should experience premature ejaculation less often unless you do, indeed, have a medical problem (this is rare, however).
