wear a pair of comfy briefs, pull it to the side of your butt to crap, instead of taking them off. then wipe/wash after you're done.
Try sitting on the toilet seat.
I had the same problem but I now take tissue and put it between my legs resting on the bowl and rest my penis on the tissue when I have to take a leak I point my penis towards the water.
Put the seat down first!

The same thing happens to me, so I just squat insttead of sitting on the toilet seat. Or I just take my penis out from in the seat and point it up when Im not peeing.
Put it in your mouth or wrap it around your neck
I don't know about you, but my penis normally sits on the toilet seat whilst I take a dump - maybe you could do the same?
