What could be my problem....?!


Question: 23...no problems with erections before..BUT this past weekend I did!
I did not get much sleep for 2-3 nights in a row..very very little sleep. Could that be the problem? I eventually got one..it just toke much much longer then normal.
Also, what are some tips or ways to make sure this doesnt happen again. Thanks.

Yes, that was almost certainly the problem. Your body NEEDS a certain amount of sleep for everything to function correctly. Erections are just one of those things, and probably the thing that you should be least concerned about. Depriving yourself of sleep can have very, very serious health risks. Get more sleep, dude! Your bone will come back full force after you're rested up.

Lots of things will effect that, not much sleep, fatigue, diet, stress, at 23 I'd not worry about it, or maybe your doing it to much, that happens to me sometimes, sometimes I do it to many times in one day and then the next day it just doesn't come up as strong. If it keeps happening go see a Doctor.

Man lots of things could be the reason for you slow erection. Lack of sleep is key also alcohol, drugs (recreational and prescribed) can cols play a apart in your pee pee problem.
