It's been stated by scientists that people who are uncircumsized (people with foreskin) contract HIV easier than those who do not have foreskin, so in my opinion the answer is no, it should not be left intact. (People without foreskin can still get HIV, just not
as easily as those who have it.)
i think it's best left intact as nature intended. it's there for several reasons: it protects the glans (head) of the penis, and studies show that uncircumcised men have much more sensitivity... this is a benefit to both men and women, obviously, so i don't understand why a woman would be against it.
i think some women just react because they're generalizing and applying stereotypes without educating themselves about it, which is fairly typical practice in the U.S. ("we fear what we don't know!"), really, intact penises look fine. it's a lot of hype over nothing.
male circumcision is genital mutilation when it comes down to it.
and as far as the answerer who says it's easier to contract HIV: I think the issue is best addressed from a standpoint that, whether intact or circumcised, everyone should be wearing a condom unless both partners have been tested and/or are known to be HIV-negative. advocating circumcision on the premise you've used is completely faulty logic. read up!

Its really a question of: Do you want to mutilate your or your childs penis? I have my foreskin so I'm biased, but studies show that there are alot of nerves in the foreskin, so a man with foreskin can actually have more pleasure.

yes. its just wierd to cut it off, leave it the way god made it god damn it why would you start clipping pieces of skin off
I believe in the individual's right to choose over his own body. Therefore it must be left intact - and no, religion of PARENTS is not a good enough excuse - unless there are abolutely unavailable medical reasons for circumcision, and the man can choose when he is older.

There is still an horrific amount of circumcision in the world of men and women.
There are some people who live in societies where it is (amazingly) considered the normal thing to do!
May they come out of their mediaeval/Victorian thinking, and learn to respect thieir bodies.

The medical crisis over HiV in africa where some behave irresponsibly has lead to a choice to have this done as a last resort. It is not an excuse for the abuses and abusers in the developed world, some represented in answers in here.many of these abusers seem merely ignorant ( and may be embarrassed at not being nort complete - they should not be targeted, they are victims)

i think it's absolutely nasty and should be removed soon after birth,as for me it's not an attractive sight at all,and to prevent it from giving you problems in the future as it does to most me it's best removed.

if left uncircumsised a male will get a multitude of problems,uti,s infections etc.painful intercourse,std,s. its cleaner too.
