If I work out every other day for 2 months, will I see a significant amount of m!
Question: Im really skinny and don't have much fat to burn (150 lb, 6 ft -- 18 years old). I want to get some muscle, because I really have none. Do you think I can see some difference in 2 months WITHOUT any shakes or special high protein diets?
Thanks

Yes. Rely on heavy weight and low reps (5-8) with three sets.
Only focus on the muscles you really want change in fast, like biceps, chest, and quadriceps that way you get the most prominent results first and can start adding other muscles later on to really fill out.
When I started working out I gained 25 lbs of muscle in just over three months because of how skinny I was before (6'3" and 155 when I started which was even more skinny than you are).
And protein shakes really really do help because of how fast your metabolism is.
no, not really... i've already tried... but theres not much of a difference if you dont take a shake! ohh.. that rhymed
yes you would see a bit of change
not much but if you use the right techniques and right eating and consistent training youll get a bit of mass on ya
Yes
diet and strength training go hand in hand. if you're not willing to drink protein shakes, take vitamins along w/ high calorie diet you'd be defeating the purpose of gaining significant amount of muscle. also, training every other day is overtraining. buy a muscle mag. and experiment w/ routines featured. don't change routines too fast, try to stick to your routine for at least 2-3 month before abandoning it. be realistic about your goals, if you're bonerack to begin with don't think you're gonna be lou ferrigno.
