no not at all...that is actully the typical size for someone your age...i can relate to your question. when i was around your age ..and learning about puberty in school...i always kinda thought my penis was smaller then everyone else..so i'd go and measure and compare it to things like the toilet paper rolls and things like that...i know it sounds kinda of stupid but i was around 13 14...so i was still young....now when i look back at it ...i thought it was so silly.....so really rite now at your age ...you dont have anything to worry about....your only 13...you havent even reached your peak of puberty yet(facial hair etc.) so dont worry...and when you do reach maturity...dont worry about size...what's meant for you ..is meant for you..so dont worry at all!!! hope that helped"..lol

no im 13 and mines about 2 deoderant sticks. naturaly. idk why though my genes should have given me a small one but i guess god new i needed to please sum1 : ) urs is normal so ur good right now

but not to worry. the average adult erection is between 5.5 and 6.2 inches and you are stil a few years from being an adult so things are going to grow more...
If it's that thick, then i think you have a problem.
