so here is the thing. You cant stop sperm from "coming out" if you dont masturbate and get rid of it normally your body does it itself. this generally happens in the for of nocturnal emissions ( wet dreams). also your body tends to "recycle" it back into your blood stream. there is only a certain amount of time that each "load" will remain ready for duty. after that it is replaced with fresh sperm. also you have it backwards.having less sperm wont raise your testosterone, but having more testosterone will cause more sperm. its not going to do you much good to try and stop nature from what its programmed to do. although i wouldnt suggest it EVER you can get testosterone supplements.

I don't think you can or you can just stop when it's going to come out. Other than that i can't help you

Get a book on Tantric Sex techniques. They've been doing this for centuries.

Retaining sperm instead of ejaculating won't help you increase/maintain your testosterone levels. It's not the same thing. Ejaculating won't keep you from bulking up your muscles.
If you try to manually prevent ejaculation, I would assume it could cause pain or even tissue damage. I don't think it's a good idea, but I don't have a medical background to be sure.
But like I said, your testosterone levels will be fine even if you ejaculate.

cool , i do tat too , i wan to repeat the pleasure , it is NICE , no side efffects , even if there is , there shudnt be big and the percentile is 0.00000000000001/10000000000000000000000...
