Uncut is an uncircumcised penis. It's just when there is the foreskin.
And then cut is when the penis is circumcised and the foreskin is not there.
it refers to circumcision
cut means you have no foreskin on the end of the shaft of your penis
and
uncut means you still have the skin on the end of the shaft on your penis
when u have the foreskin remove it called cut,when don't uncut.

circumcised= foreskin removed
babies are born uncut or uncircumcised with a foreskin covering the head of their penis... because of cultural or religious (or some claim sanitary) reasons many parents choose to have their babies foreskin cut off when they are born...
there is nothing wrong or unsafe about being uncircumcised or circumcised and there are some "minor" pluses and negatives to both
you can be circumcised at any point of your life if you so choose
damn that sux for people who are cut! yikes, i hear and looked in the concept and you have way less pleasure compared to being uncut.
