According to a male friend of mine, it hurts like hell if you hit a guy in the balls, but if you hit him in the penis, it's not nearly as bad. A direct blow to the penis causes him to tense up, which is a little painful, but one to the testicles is unbearable and long-lasting. Plus, it could be damaging to his fertility.
The good news is that we girls have a secret weapon here. Ladies, if you ever get attacked by a man, you know where to hit him so it hurts!
