Let me step forward and give the truth on this. Yes, fathers do fantasize about their daughters just like daughters have had a thought or two about their fathers. Now the difference is this: the fantasy is not an obsession. It is a passing thought. A passing thought is normal. A thought that involves a plan to carry out sexual behavior would need to be examined along with a professional counselor. And obsessive sexual thoughts about one's child would as well. But "passing thoughts" are normal. I know this for a fact because I read it in a psychology book. But I do want to emphasize passing thoughts vs. obsessions and plans. Good luck.

Certain men have sexual disorders and cannot control their urges, sometimes even from their own children. However, some men have perverted impulses. The best answers can only come from clinical psychologists who study pedophiles or men and women with sexual disorders. To call them sick and twisted isn't diagnosing the problem.
