Well at 14 mine was 3 inches. It stopped growing at 19 but is only 4.75 inches long. The girth though is 5 inches.
Yours should grow bigger.
Age has nothing to do with penis size. Everyone develops at a different rate. Penis size, along with that rate, are determined by genetics. What's scary is that you know how big your little bro is.
