First, your not that small, the average for men is six inches. Be on top of the girl so that way you can penetrate her deeper. Try doing it sitting up, or standing up see if that helps, experiment, remember every girls body is different.
What does its not the size but the way you use it mean? To be really honest and blunt it means that some guys can be huge but still completely suck..... Size isn't the distinguishing factor if a guy is good in the sack. There are a lot of other components to it.
Don't worry about it.... Everyone has self esteem issues about one part of there body, trust me on that one. i believe the reference isn't so much to what you do with your penis but what you do with the rest of yourself.
