If i am trying to workout my abs how often should i do it?!

i jog for 30min

during Tue,Thurs
i usually do weights so i can rest my legs

so if im trying to get a six pack should i work on my abs everyday or every other day?

your best bet is to do push ups and sit ups as well. I recommend starting with 50 of each every day and then after the first week to move to 100 of each. You will see a massive change in just a couple of weeks.

every other day i haven't worked out in a month and I'm still shredded
