Question: i have varicocele bilaterally, is it tat all bilateral varicocele causes infertily? 2 urologist told me tat i dun nid surgery because i am too yonug , dun have to do surgery? shud i listen to them? my right varicocele is more prominent

Here you are again! Stop obsessing over this. You saw the doctor(s) so just listen to what they have told you. If not I told you go get a 2nd opinion. No surgery is necessary right now as you get older it will be an option for you as will other options will come available.
