Question: ok so i have recently had a burning sensation when i pee. And for the past 3 days my inner tights and part of my butt cheeks hurt a little, not a lot of pain mostly discomfort. do i have a urinary infection? i hate using the public restroom in my high school because their are really filthy. I preatty much hold it from 8:00 A.M. until sometimes 4:30 P.M.
so do i have an infection?
how can i fix it? i dont want to go to the doctor.

Sounds like a bad urinary track infection. If you don't want to go to a Dr. then drink lots of fluids especially cranberry juice.As in the link below it could be other things.

Suck it up and go to the doctor. It could be any number of things, some of which could either kill you or permanently maim you. Just ask the doctor not to tell your parents if you are worried about that.

Wow u should never hold it that long like the minute you have to go u should go. U may have an infection I know the drugstores have a lot of stuff for uti's for women but you'll have to ask the pharmacist. Could also be an std if you're sexually active..
maybe you have used a soap or something thats giving you this sensation!

You defiantly need to go to the doctor. Even if you don't want to go you should go to eliminate the chance of a urinary infection. For women a urinary infection can become really serious or life threatening if you don't get it checked out. You could end up with all kinds of internal infections or even death. PLEASE go to your local clinic or see your doctor ASAP.
You can go and buy some cranberry tablets or begin eating cranberries like they're going out of fassion.
If it is hurting in your butt though, you really should go to the docs.
if you dont drink anof water you can get an infection and if it hurts when you pee im asoming you dont drink much water thats all i can think of if you dont want to go to the doctor
You probably have an infection and you NEED to see the doctor. If untreated it could spread to your kidneys and then into your bloodstream and then you will be in the hospital with a life threatening blood infection. NEVER hold your urine that long that is how you got the infection, its not good for your bladder or your kidneys. You should complain to the principal about the bathrooms. I'm sure if you wrote something about the bathrooms and have all the students sign it you would get someone to do something about it. Please tell your parents about your symptoms and go to the doctor.........
if you had a bladder infection you would feel like you had to pee all the time, even right after you just went. and it would burn and sting when you did go. The symptoms will not go away without going to the doctor and getting treated. Its a simple antibiotic they give you that should clear it right up. For future reference, try finding a time to use the bathroom during the school day. Maybe ask the nurse if you can use her bathroom because they keep it cleaner. Also if you are sexually active, always always get up and use the bathroom after you have had intercourse. not doing so is one of the easiest and most common ways of getting a bladder infection.

I personally would say with the info. you have given to take nalidixic acid. (it works against both gram + and - bacteria).
To soothe the burning senstation, you can fill in a clean bath tub with warm water and rest it for a while.
Both Chlamydia and Gonorrhea can cause pain during urination. If you have not been sexually active than this is not a possibility.
You also may have a swollen lymph node or something like that

You might, You should try to get some cranberry drink, not cranberry juice but cranberry drink. you can find this at almost any grocery store. sorry if this isn't helpful but the best you could do is go to the doctor. if money is an issue then try a free clinic.
