sex is healthy, but i think you should ease up on the sex. Probably their is some dried up semen in your pee hole and the pee is forcing itself through the hole. Or just ease up on the sex, yes its very healthy, but your penis might not be ready for it.
Sounds like an STD(sexually transmitted disease) could also be a kidney stone, prostatitus, or a urinary tract infection. All of which require a trip to a doctor as soon as possible.
If I was you, I would go the the ER at the nearest hospital. Pain like that is trying to tell you something is wrong.....
