Is it unhealthy to weigh 130 and be 5"10'? I'm 15.?!

Question: possibly. as long as you eating healthily and enough it should be fine. just dont get to sucked into the whole making weight thing for wrestling. i use to wrestle and i hated cutting weight. i eventually ended up quitting because thats not the kind of sport i want to be associated with. i eat what ever i want now and work out and i feel 100x better then i use to when i was a wrestler. so please eat healthily and what you need. do not deprive yourself of food! you are still growing! who cares just go up another weight class and lift weights / gain muscle. sure you wont be the best at first but give it a year and im sure you'll be doing way better / feel way better

no ur good

Vance, you weigh at least ten pounds more than I did when I was 5' 10" and fifteen, and I have been remarkably healthy throughout most of my life.
So if you are otherwise in good health, consider yourself fortunate not to be overweight. You will probably gain another thirty pounds by the time you are 20, and a bunch more after that, so it's best not to be too hefty to start with.

Those are exactly my stats. You're fine, as long as that weight is somewhat muscle.

That height and weight give a body mass index (BMI) of 18.7 - in the normal range, toward the light end.
