normal, no one has two exact sized testes. One will often hang lower than the other, you're fine.
well... if it stands out alot i think u shud tell ur mum and hav a apointment but if its just a tad bigger then shudnt be anything rong altho i dont no how u measured ur balls

It is because you have to stop touching the big one and start touching the small one. Blood rushes to the small one to even it out.
It is perfectly normal, one testicle is always supposed to be bigger than the other. However, if there is a large difference, you should make an appointment with a doctor to ensure everything is ok! ; )
one is supposed to hang lower than the other. its completly normal. everyone has it
