Lay your back flat on the floor with your knwws up. Hands to your side. Gently lift up your buttocks but not all the way up. You will be concentrating on your abdomen muscles. This little exercise will help melt tone the muscle and burn the fat.
For the advanced workout to this. Just simply put your hands over your abdomen and continue to lift.
A continuous 30 minute walk daily will help control fat too. getting a full 8 hours of sleep can also help you lose weight while you sleep.

Hey.....you need to do a few things to get rid of this.......
1. increase your water intake. 2. stretch out on your
bed {because it is more comfortable than the floor)
Hands at your side, just raise your head and shoulders
slightly and you will feel the pressure...now go for it.
3. don't eat food after dinner for a week. 4. take a good
supplement like Rangold products if it is belly fat. If you
have just a tone problem the bed sit ups will work.
