Im not a guy so this is coming from a girl's point of view but all men are different , in love or not men is still going to have fantasy's like us women have fantasy's . When men are having sex they are probably thinking about sex but are they thinking of another woman? I dont know , it doesn't mean that they don't love you it just mean's they are trying to satisfy themself's which also doesn't mean that what you are doing isnt satisfying them. We are human , married women and married men is still going to think other men/women are good looking something's just cant be controlled that is one of them , everybody is going to have thoughts it just depends on what you do with those thoughts, a thought is a thought.

Depends on the guy and the situation. What may be true for one guy might not be true for your boyfriend. The best thing you should do is ask your boyfriend if you're wondering -- BUT don't be offended if he is thinking of another girl UNLESS it's all the time (or especially if it's someone he actually knows). Then you might have a problem that you both will need to fix.
