Question: i need to gain weight im 15 almost 16 and im at 118
I play soccer and Basketball
i run all the time should i stop?

im 14 and weigh 75 kg, thats 165 punds but im 6 foot 1, instead of gaining weight try and bulk up, hit the gym or see a doctor

i remember those days. seeing that your very active and young your going to have a good metabolism which is going to make it harder for you to gain weight. while running is very good for your health, its going to be hard to gain weight if your burning all those calories. you can start weight lifting if you havent already started. go heavy weights with low reps. the most important thing to do is to fuel the fire. your going to have to eat a lot. if you want to gain lean muscle make sure you eat clean, high quality proteins such as chicken or fish, and whole wheat insteatd of that that white garbage. if you dont care what kind of weight you put on than you can just eat whatever you want, but i wouldnt reccomened that because your health is more important than whatever reason you want to gain weight. so to recap 1) cut down on the running 2) get into some weight training 3) EAT EAT EAT
