there are lots of exercises you can do just using your body weight. if you dont want to buy any dumbells, fill up some old milk gallon jugs, you can use those when doing squats, lunges, step ups, etc. there are many different push ups you can do, normal, wide, military, diamond(really hits the triceps). also use a chair to do dips for your triceps. i would really reccomend a pull up bar that you can screw into the door frame. doing pullups will really blow up your arms and widen your back. be creative about it. there are also a lot of sites that have a home workout routine google it. also get rid of the 200 sit up routine, thats a lot of sit ups and your abs are probably so used to the workout that it doesnt even do anything for them anymore, there are so many ab workouts mix it up, confuse your abs they will never know what hit them.
lol good luck pal

I have found that good ol' pushups and situps will tone up your chest, arms and abs. I know it's hard to find time because of school, but maybe early in the morning do some stretching and then do these exercises. It'll make you feel goo and look good!

Before i had a proper gym set I jogged in place at my apartment and Jogged around my block. I had to lift heavy things around the house such as the sofa. For dumbbells i lifted heavy gallons of juice in the fridge and did heavy grocery shopping. Sit ups and push ups were easy. I did pull ups on the monkey bars of the near by playground. When you have no set of your own, you have to work with whats there.

jogging, lots and lots of jogging, also walk to work and school,

It is not necessary to have any equipment to get in shape
and it doesn't take any longer. Push ups...sit ups....squats..
calve raises...these are all great exercises. If you want big
well toned bicepts....find a plastic jug or juice bottle and
fill it with water and then simply do curls. The jug will need
to have a handle. Within the next couple of weeks there will
be a free downloadable section at Rangold.com devoted to
this.

doing whatever number of situps won't increase your muscle bulk , because you use the same weight every time which is your body

and the reason your abs are cool is that the 200 sit ups you do are like "Activity" that burns fat,

to increase muscle bulk you need too increase the weight it carries,

since you want to do it at home,
try buckets of water or something for biceps and push ups will keep you triceps toned up,
