Question: I figure since the winter is over that I am gonna start getting back into shape. So whats the best way to start if you want to lose like 20 lbs. How many times a week would be needed and how many hours in a day??

start of light exercise bt you should atleast 1 hour aday
do easy things and take it slow then get more intense

simple stuff like Cardio, the basics (jumping jacks, push-ups, pull-ups, running in place), dumbells.

to augment your exercises take some Creatine and Whey Protein.
