Ok, by now you should know the answer why they are giving you a hard time. So now, just let any guy who brings it up know that you have standards, and he is below those standards (i.e. he is small). Turn it back on him .

On my side, that would be a good thing, since if your gag reflex is not involuntary you can deep-throat a man without gagging, though I'm sure it is awkward for you. You should make it clear that you do not appreciate what they are insinuating and that it needs to stop.
