no, if your skin does not move forward over the head after you are erect, the condom will be fine, you might want to leave a little extra room at the end, and make sure you use a little lube on the inside

It's normal. Condom is not going to break unless...

a. the girl is dry

b. you re-use it for a second time

c. wear 2 condoms at the same time

You should inspect the condom before and after and store it in a cool place to prevent it from going dry and breaking.

You should also ask the girl to seek birth control. Take her to Planned Parenthood.
