An uncircumcised penis looks like its head got stuck in a turtleneck sweater, at least until it's hard and the foreskin retracts. Relax - you're normal and it is much better to be circumcised, so you are lucky that your parents cared enough to do the right thing by you. I am circumcised and mine looks just as you have descirbed things. The "dimple" on the underside is where the frenulum (a string of skin which keeps the foreskin covering the head in an uncircumcised male) was cut out. You're much better without the frenulum. Take no notice of the children who are answering you by saying how great it is to be an uncut - they are just envious of you because their parents did not do the right thing for them.
An uncut penis looks like an anteater! Not very good looking at all! That why most women avoid uncircumcised guys, they are ugly and are a bacteria and virus trap!
