yeah its NOT illegal, but if her dad or mom or your dad or mom catches then they can get you to say it is a rape of some sort and the other person can get charged for it.... if y'all do it were no one will catch y'all then your perfectly fine.... it hurts a little the first time for some people so yeah.. hope this helps. don't forget condoms!!!

Statutory rape is when a minor has sex with an adult 17-19 years depending on the state laws or if there's a age discrepancy of 3-4 years between the two minors. So hurry up and have sex it'll be the last time you'll get a chance to legally bang a 15 year old.

Yes this is illegal in any country at your age. If you do engage in sexual intercourse you can be charged for statutory rape, even though it was consentual. The law does not look at it like that.

If you are both the same age I don't believe there is a legal question but you should check out legal age of consent.com Most places it is 16 California is 18 but if you are older and your partner is under 18 you are at risk. If the younger says it's ok to be adult with me and someone finds out and calls the law then the older person has to depend on the younger person stepping up and being willing to let mom and dad and the law know that they were consenting. If the younger person isn't brave enough to speak up then the older person goes to jail. So BEWARE !

Normally, it would be considered statutory rape, the law assuming that a 15 year old girl doesn't have the maturity to know what's in her best interest and so can't legally give consent to sex. However, most places these days allow for a two year age difference between partners to cover puppy love situations like yours.
Nevertheless, intercourse is designed to make babies no matter what you do to prevent it, so before you take it out of your pants, Tiger, you better be prepared for her getting pregnant and you being responsible for your child's expenses until he or she is 18. Unless you already have a full time job with health insurance and a place of your own, I'd suggest you find some other form of recreation for the next couple of years.
