Just like the previous answerer said. You probably have a short & loose foreskin. Why don't you just let it naturally roll back & keep it that way? You may actually be lucky in this respect.
My boyfriend keeps his skin retracted permanently. But he had to "train" it to do that. It keeps the head dry & decreases smegma & smells. I kinda like it that way! Looks like a turtle head!
What do you mean by the foreskin?? Are your circumsized?
sounds like its just really loose, or short and loose. normally it should stay over the glans unless your erect or you retract it. mine will roll back and forth during sex and if i pull it back and i'm not erect it will slide back forward. not sure what you can do to fix it though
