Question: Ok, I'm like 16 and 1/2, almost 17. I'm pretty big in size, i weigh 240 and stand exactly at 6'. So, first off, how much weight do you think i Should go down? and second. my penis is 9 inches... is that small? and also when it's not erect, it's only an inch! is this normal???

There is no way to judge by the size of a "limp" penis how long it will be erect. Mine personally is about 1.5-2 in limp, 1 in in cold weather :) ... but it grows to a bit more than 6 inches, and I'm perfectly fine with that, so I wouldn't worry if I were you. If you are what you say you are, then consider yourself gifted. Besides, women, if you truly are attracted the them, will never see your penis 'completely' limp.
And about your weight. I was once 240 lbs as well, but I was 5'4", now im 170 and 5'6", still a bit chubby. I think for 6' tall a skinny weight is about 160-170, and a healthy weight is somewhere between 190-200 if you have some lean muscle.

ok u shoudl no for fact 9 is big and meause again because i hear that a lot and it turns out there mesuing from there but hole if so it's not and the inch it's usaly smaller when soft anyway so yeah it's normal
right!!!loose about 50 lbs.most of this will fall off that 9 inch penis!!you will be able to see it then and know that you have a lot of loose skin that is why it seems like 1 inch when not erect. good luck.
As far as your weight goes; that would depend on your bone structure etc .... BUT; at a guess, I would say if you dropped 40 pounds ..you'll be ok .....
It is very normal for a penis to be considerably smaller when flacid and not erect ....
