How can I loose baby fat easily?!


Question: Im 151 lbs.
toned muscles.
really strong and toned muscles.
but baby fat has been bugging me.i also drink a lot of water.

Crunches wouldn't work because you cant spot reduce you have to lose fat all over your body not just on your stomach.
Doing simple thing in your diet such as no soda, Less snacks,and healthier foods. Also cardio excersize is good because it works alote of your body so adding 15- 20 minutes of excersize a day a couple of times a week could help reduce your baby fat.

i'd suggest you cut the fat off the babies before you consume them. maybe go for some leaner cuts as well?
