The penis is NOT a muscle. It has no muscles in it, except for the ones that control blood flow.

Ejaculation is powered by (and mainly caused by) muscles, but these are not normally under 'voluntary' control. Some of the muscles surrounding the penis (about half of your penis is hidden inside your body) can be controlled voluntarily, and they can also affect the way you ejaculate.

These 'pelvic floor' muscles can be exercised, just like other 'voluntary' muscles. Girls are taught to exercise their Pelvic Floor, by squeezing an inserted object (eg finger), and by peeing in 'bursts'. Guys can do the same kind of exercises, because you have the same muscles.

Learning to stop and start your stream of pee, is as beneficial for guys as it is for girls. With practice, you'll be able to generate powerful 'squirts' of pee, and release these in controlled rhythms. Like, in time to the song you're listening to, or one that's stuck in your head.

In male anatomy, the same muscles that girls use for 'squeezing' will make your penis 'twitch' or 'bounce'. This effect may only be noticeable while it is erect, but once you get used to the way these contractions feel, you can practice at any time. At first, you might find that the exercise will arouse you. As you get more used to it, you'll have more control.

Exercises of this type will help you to enjoy sexual contact more, and to assist her enjoyment, too. It's more difficult to use them for adding extra distance to your ejaculation, but practicing the exercises will probably make you assess your sexual performance differently.

Sex is much better when it involves closeness, rather than distance.

The penis doesn't have any muscles on it...

eh ...the penis is a muscle ...but just try and masterbate more and then maybe you can
