Honey, Your toy grows like the rest of your body. A little bit at a time. It gets hard several times during the night while you sleep. It also gets hard to keep you from wetting the bed when you sleep. it should be about 7-8 inches hard when you are done with puberty. You can already see that if it is short when it's soft that it doubles when it's hard. It won't always double when you are older but if it seems small when you are done with puberty keep in mind it will grow much more when it gets hard than somebody's toy that is larger when it is soft.
