Can man nipples produce milk?!

Question: I know that females can produce milk from their breasts after giving birth and the babies get the milk out of the nipples but can you get anything out of man nipples? I always thought that there was a little hole on my nipples and i wondered if something could possible come out like milk.

Both sexes have mammary glands (the things that make mother's milk). But the male hormone, testosterone, inhibits their development, so males don't make milk. . Men can get breast cancer. I have heard that men who have breast cancer can have a discharge from their nipples. Hope you don't, but if you do, see a doctor, soon.

Would you want them to?

Not that i know of...

Yes!
2 points!

yes it is possible for men to do that

okay that is like the weirdest question ever also r u like gay or something?

want me 2 find out bye sucking your nipple

Nope they cant

lol i saw a show on tv once about a guy who breast fed his baby. he basically grew a boob. weird stuff.

no men cannot produce milk, the only reason woman can is the fact that they have children.

no men do not produce milk. it has to do with womens hormones that men do not have.

Squeeze harder, every man has milk in there somewhere.

hahahahahahahahaha.. that would be gross.. you dont have the milk producing factory in your chest.. sorry..

lmao....XD I think the milk production is triggered by hormones that only women have. Besides, I don't think men have mammary glands. The reason men have them (don't take my word for it) may be connected with the fact that men are just women missing genetic info. Perhaps men have the gene coding for nipples, but no mammary glands?

A man can produce milk, but he would be considered a medical abnormality. Either that or he could lactate due to certain drugs.

nop cause men cannot give a birth 2 a child then how can there nipples produce milk

No it's not possible, absolutely not.

Yes, hormones cause this. Hormones that men usually do not achieve to cause lactation...

noo..

yes, my gf's husband was extremely overweight and had to be put on Viagra to raise his testosterone because he began to produce milk. I guess somehow his hormone levels messed up because of the excess weight. It was rather discussing at the time because his shirts would be spotted. Now if it's suitable for a baby or whatnot I have no clue. I doubt that a healthy man would be able to produce milk though.

and for those who didn't pay attention in biology ~ men and women both have testosterone and estrogen. It's just men are suppose to have much more testosterone then women and women more estrogen then men. check out a GNC store sometime.... In the mens section they have "estrogen blockers" for body builders :)

yes, men can produce milk.

they can produce milk
when some baby boys are born
due to them rejecting some of thier mother's
female hormone they lactate
annddd
i also saw a story on tv in which a guy
tried to grow a well women breast to feed his baby
he documented that it was more of a metaphysical barrier
that he needed to cross than a physical one
in x-treme conditions ppls bodies do amazing/wierd things
in order to survive
so yes males can lactate

"Fairy" That is where YOU are wrong! It it possible for a man to have a baby and its been in the news recently, though they had to have had a sex change and kept their female organs to do so, or could have had a birth deformity as a man having female reproductive organs..its all possible!!!!!!

Yes they can. It is a hormonal issue, but they have mammary glands just like women. And no, it isn't caused by sucking on them. LOL

NO!!!

that i do not know unless you have a mammary gland like females.....

Yes, I'm having a drink right now of my own breast milk. I might need to express some more into a jug as I have people coming over for coffee... Nah I dont think so man, why would that interest you anyway?
