most but not all, a fine bit of stubble is respectable, hell there will be people with full on beards there.

use a hair removing cream. it gives an ultra groomed look. lot of men dont shave for 3-4 days and use the cream before a heavy date.

i havent shaved in 6 days :)
cuz i have spring break right now, and all my friends' break was last week. so all i do is work and i have no one to impress, which means i wear the same bum work clothes to work and dont shave. but im goin out to the city tomrorow to meet up wit my gf... which means i am going to get a haircut and shave tonight =\
beards = cool for sure :)
