Testicle Lump?!
Question: Hi. I'm 19 & while sitting at my computer I noticed a lump-like shape on my left testicle. I remember the whole lump on testicle might be testicular cancer. I couldn't help smile because I was thinking this couldn't happen to me.
The lump was about the size of the end of my pinky finger. I decided to take a warm shower to loosen everything up down there. After the shower I could not find it again. I looked/felt harder and more carefully than ever before (I mean if I could have taken them out and looked I would've) but still no find.
Sometimes my testicles feel like they get wrapped up or something and it would hurt to walk (not much but like someone barely hit you in the balls), which would often go away after stretching. So I believe that the lump was just a bunch of tangled wires in my sac. Can anybody agree upon that? Never had problems before. If it occurs again I will see a doctor. So I am just trying to confirm that it was likely some tangle up.

Well it could be a possibility of 2-3 things. The first being what's called "epididymitis", which is a gland on your testicle that attaches to your scrotum. You may have a bacterial infection if its sore and you feel a lump. Antibiotics will cure it and its like the male version of a urinary tract infection. Nothing serious to worry about, just go see a doctor and get the meds. Second, it could be testicular torsion. You may have twisted that testicle. If it feels like its tangled that may be the case. If it continues to ache and doesn't go away go to a doctor soon. You don't want to lose blood flow to that testicle if things are "tangled." Third, it may be a cancerous lump. But because you are so young the odds are against that. I would go in for a routine exam if the problem persists. You can read about epididymitis and testicular torsion. I've had epididymitis & that sounds like what you got. It can be annoying but is easily curable.
