When you shave it damages the hair follical and may grow back differently its different most of the time like when you shave you facial hair.
I shave my hair..on my legs,it usually grows back normal..cant say it grows back faster or slower...or thicker for that matter...I shave my pubes and it grows back normal as well.
yes it is true... i know this because i dared my friend to shave his left leg.. and so he did, then it grew back in slightly thicker than the other leg, so he shave the right one for them both to be equal
No, no hair that you shave will grow back at a different rate. If it seems like it is then your probably just growing more hair. Which would happen regardless of the shaving.
I think that's a general rule for everywhere, or at least i've heard that from a ton of people.
