Epididymis,

How come no one answers my testical question.

Anywho, the epididymis are on both testicals and do kind of feel like a softish lump coming from the testical and then leading to the spermatic cord,
Check out the diagram on the bottom link!
That is totally normal, but you can get Epididymitis where they become inflammed, so if they are enlarged or cause pain on either side, check this out-

Cheers,
Hope this eases your mind

There are additional hormone glands on each of your testicles.
Probably you mean these. Yeah, normal. Check anatomy atlas if you are unsure.

It really cannot be all that hard to find an anatomical description of the male reproductive system on the internet.

Also, if it doesn't hurt, it's probably nothing.

If you're nervous: go see a doctor.

Questions about testicles make me queasy.

Epidymis? I think thats what they are called, but I have it spelled wrong. The important thing to check for is a change in symmetry over time. Some asymmetry is normal, but if one testicle and associated hardware takes on a different shape or size, then you need to see the doctor ASAP.

Sounds like those parts are symmetrical and therefore normal. It is exceedingly rare to have perfectly symmetrical tumors on each side of any twin body part.
