Um I dont think so ..and it should grow.

I had 2inches when I was born i Had 4.5 when I was 12 but everyones different and we all develop at different rates.

It's not abnormal.
But it should be a little bigger at age 12. I was about four inches, 4.5 inches at age twelve.
So, he'll grow.
I would like to inquire why a girl (im guessing you're the same age) would ask this about a twelve year old boy, however? it's kind of odd for a girl to be looking at a twelve year old's penis.

doesnt matter now, even if u do f*** bcause the girl hasnt fully matured either

it should grow in the next couple of years

Get one of those 15 inch guys to donate 6inch to him !

at 12 many boys have just started puberty so their penis may not have grown
2" is pretty normal for a 12 year old

No it is not good.

But neither is it great that you've been looking at 12 year olds *****.

That is very abnormal. I read something about that and you have a mediacal disease called microdick. I don't know that much about it but it is supposed to be correctable. My advice is find a doctor.

IF THIS CHILD IS 12 HE SHOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT THAT YET AND IF THIS A GIRL ASKING ABOUT A BOY , YOU SHOULDN'T BE SEEING ANYTHING AT THAT AGE ,,,now go do your home work kid,,,

no sir, i do not believe so

have you entered puberty? if not it is good, cause in puberty, it could still go long... nothin to worry, it is normal... but if you are aound the age of 20, and you still have 2 in dick, that would be so sad...
