Yes, the stop and go method is awesome and it works great. I use this method every time. If I didn't, I would probably be done in 5 minutes and she would be left wondering what the heck happened. Using stop and go method allows her to orgasm first so that we can then both be fully satisfied. And btw, I don't stop long enough for it to go down, just long enough for the flow of semen to back up. I try to go for at least 30 minutes.

I AM A GUY... ive tryed alot of diffrent methods to last longer i think the best 1 is right when u get hard put it in it kinda keeps your mind off whats going on and helps you last longer... thats the best advice i can give u good luck
