Which muscles do i need to build to pack a good punch??!

Question: I'm guessing probably the chest has a lot to do with throwing a hard punch, but with arms is it more triceps or biceps that give you a strong punch??

force is mass X velocity so if you want to punch harder, punch faster don't just move your arm step foward and move your whole body the most important part of boxing is the leg work.
Another tip is to not aim for the face but the back of their skull

Triceps. Biceps does not work while you are extending your arm.

shoulder and biceps.

Push ups easy ain't it

Muscles are important, neck, pecks bi/tricep.... but the most important thing is to hold a correct fist and learn how to punch correctly. and also where to punch for maximum effect

bicepts and triceps both work with one another to extend and flex the arm.... they will help u through a good strong punch.

the triceps n biceps are even, they both use one another when one ov them contracts the other relaxes and visa versa so its not just one of them they work in pairs.

biceps, triceps, shoulders and build wrists for good pops

Your latisamus dorsi (lats) and forearms are where the most power is generated while punching, biceps, triceps, and chest have little to do with a punch, but they contribute.

back, triceps, chest, forearm, bicep

i read an article in a paper once it said that a powerful punch is made up how big your arms are in muscular terms as there is more weight behind it therefore carriing more impact
