Hi, you could use interval training 3-5 times a week, eat less calories and make your meals smaller, say about 4-5 smaller meals a day to keep your metabolism high throughout the day.

Cardio, unless you go to a gym you could try running/jogging or in your own bedroom, jump rope. You could also try simulating jump rope and mix in jumping jacks, cuz quite simply you really don't need a jump rope to do jumprope exercises.

I do this each day. I do 2000 jump rope "simulations" and I mix in jumping jacks instead of the jump rope motion and it really works! I am more cut, lean and toned that ever before.

You can also do push-ups and similated bench press with your dumb bells from your weight training bench.

Eliminate junk food, be CONSISTENT, lay off the empty calories such as

How many calories are you taking in now? Try cutting back each day between 300-500 and you'll see a difference, trust me.

And yes, even if that's as tedious as counting calories, DO IT!

After some time you'll learn to count calories real well. You can do research online for foods or just look at the labels.

So if you are consuming 2500 cals a day, try to go for 2000

And motivation also helps. Read men's health sites, magazines, look at images of the body you'd like to get and look at it each day.

Imagery works!

I think all this mentioned is probably some of the best advice you can ask for for your question....Good luck!

work on ur pecs. do bench press and pushups. do cardio~ sprint heaps. sprinting for 10 minutes burns more calories than 25 mins of jogging.
