It depend on your conditions!! But this is not enough sleep for being healthy!

Thats awesome you only need 4 hrs! I need 12 myself.

you should sleep between 8-10 hrs, it's not healthy for ur body, growth etc

If you go into deep sleep is more than enough.

Sleep pills.

i have a friend who cant sleep until 1:30 and has to wake up at 6:00
he takes care of his problems by waking up at 6:00 going to school, getting home around 3, doing whatever he needs to do from 3-4 then taking a nap from 4-8 and then he eats dinner and does homework from 9-1:00 and then he'll go to sleep at 1:30. so in the end he sleeps for a 4 hour nap plus about 5 hours each night, and that makes at least 9 hours. it works for him, have you ever tried taking naps?
its not great for you to only sleep that much...

i have read somewhere that they have done a study on sleeping 8hours or 6hours.they found that the people who sleep 6 hours are more healthy than people sleeping 8 and they also have less heart desease.Saying that i have also read that a afternoon nap is very healthy even just for a short time.4and a half is too short.try vitamin b6 calsium and magnesium and vitamin c,its said to be good for mood and sleep and skin and so on and also have a tranquilising efect.stay away from cofee at night and look at your stress levels.

Cheers
