Yes these things are amazing
They work great if you have the dedication to it. Working Out without thmem still helps, but the DVD does give great exercises to do to stay fit if you do it often. The guy in the video is jacked out of his mind, doesnt mean you will be. Just do it every other day(not same day as workout) and go for as long as you can you should see results if you do them right.
My brother has them. No complaints from him. But it won't get you ripped like all the commercials show. You need weights for that.
Just another gimmick to get your dollars. Nothing better than good old fashion exercise that has been proven over time...
Want to do a perfect push up???? Join the Army or find a Drill sergeant they rip you if its not perfect!!!! I still don't do it right in their eyes i have been in for 2 years.
Yep, It is still doing pushup though, no different.
You may also get a rotator cuff RSI after a while.
