It's hard to say with out seeing exactly what you look like. But I will say, small breasts are not a turn off for me!
I don't think it is a major turn-off with most guys. Maybe for some it is, but not for most. Some guys may like your type of build. I prefer an athletic woman (when I was younger). And your typre of build might appear athletic to a lot of guys who prefer that.
