Then in 2000 ; The Journal for Impotency Research did their study and found Average to be 5.35 Inches .... while that same year, Lifestyles Condoms did a study that came up with 5.9 Inches ....
Some say the Lifestyles study is WRONG because they only used 500 men ; while the other studies did atb least 5,000.
NOTE: That until the age of 20-22 ; MOST males and their penis will continue to grow ....

It would be mostly grown but I have heard that they can continue to grow until a guy is in his early 20s
I am not sure, but I have always heard a male does not reach his full maturity until he's 21.When females are around 18, when they hit their full growth. On occasions, there are always some that are a different. It all depends on the pituitary gland. We all have one and it controls growth, sexual, heigth etc...

It's unlikely your PENIS will grow after 19. By then you've pretty much got whatcha gonna get. Learn to use it properly..think of HER first...and you'll not have any complaints.
