Viagra (Cialis, etc) aids a man in getting an erection. He still needs to be stimulated (at least fondled), it doesn't just POP UP. It does not prolong sex, make a penis longer/thicker, or increase sperm count.
It should only be prescribed by a doctor and bought at a pharmacy. If it is purchased on line, you have no guarantee what you are actually getting (if you even get anything) or the strength.
