Well I for one will never eat bologna again.
You need to drink more water, drink less pop and energy drinks, and eat fruit.
That is just the way your system reacts to bologna .. Nothing to get excited about ....
My urine has a pufed wheat smell after I eat Sugar Crisp / Golden Crisp .....
BUT: that is life and we can't change it except to drink more water and pee a lot more ..
