There is no way at all too speed up puberty.
The only way i can think of is hormones. But you shouldn't use that at your age. Or if you want...you could take some male enhancement pills, but i don't even know if those work, i'm a girl. Haha.

Don't worry about it man. I thought I was just beginning puberty too, I was 5'3" from when I was 12-14 and then suddenly I grew to 5'10" in 3 months. I didnt even realize I was taller or anything.
I think by sex life you mean going out with girls and such. Try not to worry so much. Try to carry a conversation with em and eventually you'll get the hang of it and lose the butterflies.. The girls will come just give it time bro!
You can get a testosteron suppliments. It isn't as big a deal as you might think. I know like 6 kids in my school who take them and a lot of 40 to 50 year old men take them to boost themselves. It is legal and just ask the doctor for a perscription and she will probably give them to you without a fuss. I have the same problem. I'm 14 and only 5'3 and just a t the beggining of puberty... I still have lots of girlfriends though. One thing that may be getting in the way is a fear of a pre pubecent penis. I tell you that as long as it is 4 inches erect for a girl your age than it should be fine i assume. I used to have that problem but i'm not worried anymore because lucly that is the first thing that changed!!!
